Andrew Pilling
Managing Director
Andrew has been active in the cleaning industry for almost 30 years, founding his first business, Allways Clean in Reading in 1996 and then later rebranding as ARP Commercial Cleaning.

Having relocated to Worcester in 2024 Andrew places a strong emphasis on delivering outstanding customer service to his new commercial cleaning clients in Worcester.

Andrew and his wife are loving their new life in Worcester and spending time with their sons and their young families.
Nicole Noack
Finance & Compliance Manager
With extensive experience in finance, Nicole manages the daily oversight of the company’s finances and handles many of our essential back-office protocols, ensuring all systems remain up-to-date. She played a crucial role in securing our ISO 9001:2015 certification, which we’re proud to hold for the next three years.
A highly valued team member, Nicole works tirelessly to support the success of our business.
Joe Pilling
Area Supervisor
The youngest and frankly fittest member of the team at Hexagon cleaning, Joe started his career as a personal trainer. He also plays semi-professional football.
Joe joined the commercial cleaning business in January 2024 and has since gained CPD accreditation in biohazard and specialist cleaning alongside his father Andrew.
Joe thrives on a challenge and is adaptable to both working in team environments and alone. He is an enthusiastic and customer centric member of the team.
