This privacy policy has been composed to show and ensure our clients that their data protection has been considered and explains why and how I use any personal information kept for each of my clients. We would like our clients to be aware that all their personal details are kept safe and not shared.

We are responsible for the collection and proper management of any personal information you submit. We will keep your personal details secure and use the information you provide consistently with applicable privacy and data protection laws and the terms of this privacy notice.

If you choose to contact us or make enquiries through our contact page, we will collect the details that you provide in relation to that query. Information held is likely to include your name, telephone number and email address. 

 

Where I store our data

Any personal data we have is stored on a database on our computer system. Everything is kept safe and no information is shared. Information is  backed up daily so that nothing is lost and only employees of Hexagon Specialist Cleaning Services have access.

 

What I use your personal data for

We use any personal information for our own research to find out where our clients are from and how frequently they visit our site. We do not send a lot of marketing emails, but, from time to time we will send promotional offers and other information that might be of interest to you.

 

How my clients information is protected

All our clients have the right to 'opt-out' and can let us know at any point if they would like us to delete any information we have for them. If you are happy for us to keep certain information, but would prefer me NOT to use this information for marketing purposes then we can ensure that this will be done.
